Refunds are only issued for products that are defective due to manufacturing issues. If you believe you've received a defective item, email realpizzaboiis@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Orders ship within 2 weeks of purchase, unless otherwise noted (e.g., pre-sale items).
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Return Policy & Process
We do not accept returns unless an item is defective due to manufacturing error.
To request a return for a defective item:

Include clear photos of the product and defect.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before they ship, whichever comes first.

All class and event sales are final. Cancellations are only accepted if requested at least 2 weeks before the event and your spot can be filled by someone else.
